Return & Refund Policy

Custom Imprinted Products (Standard Orders)

Because all promotional products from House of Imprints are custom-manufactured and printed with your specific logo, returns, cancellations, or exchanges are not accepted if the final product matches the digital mockup approved by the customer. We highly advise reviewing your mockups carefully before granting final production approval.

Exceptions & Eligible Returns

Returns are permitted strictly under the following two conditions:

Mockup Mismatch: If the received item does not match the digital mockup approved by the customer.

Defective Merchandise: If the product is physically defective, damaged, or flawed upon arrival.

Return Window

For eligible returns (mismatches or defects), you must notify us and initiate your return request within 15 days of delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

For Defective or Mismatched Items: House of Imprints will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or coordinate carrier pickup.

Restocking Fees: We charge $0.00 (no restocking fees) for returns on defective or mismatched items.

Refund Processing Time

Once your returned merchandise is received back at our facility and inspected, your refund will be issued. The credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or method of payment. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.

Over/Under Run Policy

We make every effort to ship the exact quantity you order. However, due to the nature of the manufacturing process, a variance of up to 10% over or under the ordered quantity may occur in highly exceptional cases.

In the rare event that your order is affected, the final balance will be settled as follows:

Under-ships: Because we cannot restart production to fill minor shortages, we will promptly issue a credit for any missing items.

Over-ships: If your production run yields extra items, the additional pieces (up to 10%) will be included in your shipment and billed to the card on file.
